Ordering Details

Welcome to the Volkswagen Express menu site!  We hope you enjoy the new option for take out food orders!

To place your order, click on the "Let's Get Started" button.

Please note that all orders must be paid for and placed at least 30 minutes in advance of the pick up time. Payment options are with a Credit Card or Southern Meal Card.  Contact the Cafe manager directly at 423-876-9468 with any order issues.

Pick up times for lunch from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm. All orders should be picked up in the Online Ordering Area, by the Deli Station.  Please bring your printed payment receipt for verification, or your confirmation receipt on your phone. 

We recommend that you login and register a username and password to create a personal account that will access our secure website.  The site will save your information so that you can place orders quickly in the future.  The site will also allow you to create favorites or to order the same meal you ordered previously to save you time.
